Mindanao Culinary Festival Summit 2008
I was lucky enough to watch the different entries of the 2008 Mindanao Culinary Festival Summit held at The Venue (i was with a friend from eyefetch which is also from The Golden State College in gen. San. and my brother from PWC) even if it was the last day…it was a 3-day activity/event from Sept. 25-27 for Professionals and students from all over Mindanao. Some of the Professional entries were coming from The Grand Regal Hotel which was the Over-all Winner for professional, The Garden Oasis and a lot more and for students, entries coming from Cagayan, Iligan, Gen. Santos City - "The Golden State College", Tagum - University of Mindanao, UIC, PWC or the Philippine Womens College which was the over-all winner for students and a lot more…activities/events like flower arrangement, baking, bartending competition (flare bartending exhibition - awards night), food carving, table setting, (centerpiece) seminars and a lot more.
